Worst dealership on Dixie road. This is the worst experience l have ever had trying to buying a truck. The managers and sales person were awful terrible lairs, low balling you on your trade. They also make up that there retail price of there vehicles are based off the nada value, which is wrong. They are all about ripping off the costume in every way they can. If I could put no stars I would.
I was very pleased when I purchased my 2017 Focus ST. Galen was great to work with and the entire process only took an hour or so. If you want no pressure sales, I would call Galen. I was very impressed with everything!
I bought a car from here earlier this year from Melinda and Willie and it was a excellent experience. They were very helpful and did whatever was needed for me to get the car I wanted. The car had a couple issues after I got it and they were always on top of it to get it fixed for me. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be buying from them again in the future. I feel like the customer service isn't really that good I feel like it could use a bit of an upgrade, but they do know how to fix cars so I'm not complaining
