Radcliff location was a pleasure to work with. Polite, friendly and worked with us to get the right vehicle for.our trip. As a nice touch, the manager called a few hours later just to check and make sure everything was going well.
Online reservation made pick up of rental quick and easy. Ended up changing car style and there was no issue in doing so. Staff was professional and respectful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

Damaged occurred to the vehicle I rented AFTER I had dropped it off. Once I was told about it I came to view the damage myself and took several pictures. The manager of this particular Enterprise site said that "it was material failure but someone has to pay for it". If this wasn't bad enough, their claims adjuster took pictures of the exact same car a few days later and actual physical damage had occurred. The "damage" that was pointed at me was a clip that keep the bumper in line. The additional physical damage was the bumper actually being cut! I am not saying Enterprise as a whole is bad because I am renting from the Fort Knox location for a trip next month, but this particular location has some "shady" type personal working there. If you rent from there annotate every piece of damage. Don't let them tell you the same old story of if its a quarter size you wont be charged!
