Couldn't have asked for better customer service. And I always take note of that at wal-mart.
10/14/2016--These guys are awesome!!!..I called them in a panic because we had a flat on i65 and didn't know if we could make it to them before they closed and we are from Bowling Green and couldn't be stranded out of town for the night!!!...without hesitation the guy (wish I had gotten his name) told me not to worry and they would fix it no problem EVEN if it was after 7! Every one of the guys were super nice and helpful!! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!
The auto service center team is absolutely amazing! Stayed open after regular closing time to put tires on my van in an emergency situation. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
They were very helpful when I stopped by to get my battery checked on 6/9. Battery was purchased at a store in Tn, but they ran a scan, determined the problem and replaced it for free. Even called my cell phone to let me know i could start my grocery shopping because they'd be through with my car shortly.
