I just moved here and was really nervous about finding a new dentist for myself and 3 kids. They have really exceeded my expectations!! They were great at booking our appts right after each other which saved time for me. The staff is so friendly. The waiting time is not long at all, but they have a play area for kids of all ages, so for my kids they didn't want to leave. A big plus for me was when my kids(4,9,11) told me that this dentist is better than their last. So they are very gentle and kid friendly. The massage chair is awesome and relaxing while you're getting your teeth worked on. So many positives and no negatives. I definitely recommend this dentist for adults, kids, the whole family!!
Y'all this place is fantastic. I have super bad anxiety and the people were so kind to me. They answered every question I had no matter how silly it was and reassured me every bit of the way. Another great thing they did was They Always kept me informed of what they were doing and how close they were to being done while they worked. I am so grateful to have found this place and this team of people! My husband is even wanting to change dentist now.
I have been coming to Generations Family Dentistry since they came to Radcliff. I have had many different things done. I have also referred many friends and colleagues to the office. My family and I are very satisfied with the work they have done. The staff is always pleasant and very friendly...they really make the kids feel at ease. Generations are like an extended family to me! Keep up the good work Tiffany, Kelly and and Lois, just to name a few!
One other plus Id like to mention is....They have awesome massage chairs! You are literally getting a soft relaxing massage while being numbed and worked on. AMAZING. Definitely helps with anxious people like myself. So Give this place a try. You will be glad you did. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.
I had a wonderful experience. I went to Immediadent and paid horrible prices with the hopes of emergent services which I did not get. I was given x-rays and a price that was ridiculous. Generations accepted me the same day I called, only were concerned with the problem I was having and resolved it will little expense to me. Thrilled! The pain is negligible. Soo happy with their level of service, I plan to return for all of my dental needs!!!!!! Ms.Kelly Thank You
I recently switched to this dental office and I am never leaving. They provide excellent service and everyone was very nice. They were great with my daughter and very patient in answering all of my questions. I had virtually no discomfort and they talked me through everything. They are just an all around wonderful family dental office.
