Average Walmart auto care Associates are very knowledgeable and do a great job with your vehicle the management can be good at times and can be bad at times you can usually find a good parking space they have a great variety of food and household items
If you can find someone to help you you're in luck. Finding an open checkout lane with someone actually working more power to you. It's more likely you'll see 15 lanes and 3 check out people. I'm speaking of the Lagrange Wal-Mart I don't know about the others.
Clara was absolutely AMAZING!! We interrupted her with a buggy full of items. She not only pulled her buggy to the side to check if the item I wanted was in stock...she then proceeded to the stock room and retrieved the baby walker we wanted, because the box was broken...she opened and examined the items to make sure everything was there. Kuddos Clara!! Job well done, EXCELLENT customer service!!
I feel that every time I go into here, I end up talking to a rude employee. I'm not sure if it's because it is on a Monday or even when it's on a Friday... I'd rather go to in the middle of the night when there are less people all around. Maybe it will get better.
This Wal-Mart is clean and has special parking for vets and unique foods since it's right off Fort Knox and a lot of the area is diverse. What I REALLY don't like- it's crazy set up. Nothing makes sense in there, seriously. Shopping can take forever because of back tracking and crazy combinations of products in the isles. The register lines block the isles in the front of the store leading to confusion as to where a line actually is and then people don't want to move to let people who are still shopping pass for fear of cutting in lines.
