Went to this place twice and spent hours waiting to even go into an exam room, then another 30 minutes before a doctor came in. Very strange.
I have been coming to this establishment for several years. I continue to come because i liked the doctor, however i can no longer spend a 1/2 to 3/4 of a day waiting for a room that i have made an appointment for. Its never less than 3 1/2 hours of a wait. I have to take several hours off of work and lose pay just to come...get my vitals...and be sent back home or out too lunch because there are 4 others ahead of me! This includes test results. Still...i wait! I received a reminder online of my appointment and I bet i would be charged for it if i missed it. Sad that there is nothing we can do.
