I have gotten my hair cut here a few times. The first time was amazing so I came back and I am mortified. My hair is uneven. I asked for a bob and the hair in the back is much longer then the hair in the front. Layers were put in when I expressed my hatred for them but she had already started before even asking me or letting me know. I am very displeased and will not go back and will let everyone else know of my unsatisfactory experience. And there was no use of complaining to them because by this time it was already done.
Well I called the number that was posted but no one ever called me . It's been 2 weeks since I last tried taking my mom to your radcliff store . Tomorrow I'm going to try again and hopefully not only will the store open on time maybe I can find out what was happening 2 weeks ago when we last were there.
Horrible!!!! I went for a updo, they took almost 3 hours with my hair and the result was atrocious. The hairstyle was nothing like what I wanted I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. The stylist even told me that my hair would look better when I put on some makeup. Needless to say I arrived late to the event with my hair a mess.

Today I went to great Clips to get my mother's hair cut. We got there a little before open and waited outside till 9am...opening time. We'll no one ever opened the store. I called the store at 10 after 9 and a lady answers I thought maybe they forgot to turn on sign. Nope the lady says they are not open and she has no idea when they will be open. I have been bringing my mom and son to this store for quite some time now and almost always have exceptional service but today really blew my mind. I can't believe that a business would tell someone they have no idea when they are going to open 10 minutes past their posted hours on the door. I hope you get your stores act together because that's a way to lose long standing customers really fast.
Stylist here do not know how to fade Men's hair and leave hair uneven. I do not recommend anyone get a haircut here, unless you don't care what your haircut looks like. I had to edge up and even out a portion of my hair when I got home.
