Two of the ladies are very helpful and nice. The one who usually sits in the middle is hateful and could care less if she helps you or not. And im pretty sure prefers not. I let people go in front of me in line to avoid her.
But, i have never been there that i didnt have to leave and come back at least once usually twice. I call ahead every time to get the info on what paperwork i need. And try to go in prepared. Yet there is ALWAYS so minor detail on a form or a original copy , or a signature not clear, that i have to go on a treasure hunt to find. And after running through circus hoops for a week they finally break down and do the paperwork. Which that seems to piss them off. Since there are no more excuses to send you away. At least 2 of the girls are nice and polite about it.
they are rude and talk down to people ,if your colored watch out their horns come out then !!!!

Since moving, I have had to go there multiple times with 6 kids. They have been VERY pleasant and helpful to my family on each visit.
I feel like the workers there have gotten comfortable with their job or they just hate their jobs, one or the other. They are rude and do not treat people with dignity. I wish there was somewhere else to do vehicle registrations and titles in Hardin County.
The clerk was really polite and caring. I think she had a Germanic accent. Could her name have been Hildy or Hilda? Didn't have to wait and received the help and information I needed. Thanks! O:-)
I've been to the DMV about 7 times in the past month and a half. Everytime I go it is something new with the workers there. Today, I went for a duplicate title and I know for a FACT that I can email my insurance cards to the DMV. Well today, I guess the lady wanted to see my face again and she said that I needed a hard copy, this isn't the first time I've emailed them my information. Never been a problem until today.
