This was our first time at this taco Bell. We moved and now live 5-10 minutes away. By far the worst fast food service I've ever had anywhere. Not only did we wait 20minutes in line, the employees were rude and unorganized. ALL of my food had LESS THAN HALF meat or potatoes on them as well. I ended up making a pizza at home due to not enough food even on my tacos, etc. The manager's excuse was being short staffed, which is understandable for the wait, but the quality and amount of food is beyond ridiculous. Then I'm told I must come back TOMORROW for my order to be replaced. Assuming I'm coming back the next day. Then after a small argument, this person said at least within a week. GTFO! I've never been so frustrated to leave a review on anything, even for a reward of some sort, but this angered me too badly to ignore. Get it together!
This is one of the worst taco bell ever. I ordered a $5 Craving Deal and My food look like it was thrown in the box, the wrapping was wet. I opened the burrito and it was pushed together. When i was eating it, it fell apart then I took a bite of the Chalupa and it was hot. They put Mild hot sauce inside of my taco and I did not ask for that. I was in a rush so i decided to come here. This isn't my first bad experience with fast food in this area. its a reoccurring thing and I wont ever be eating food from here ever again.
I love Taco Bell always have and hope I always will. No complaints and excellent customer service.
30 min wait inside after ordering. 7 workers on the floor, only 1 preparing good. Assistance was provided 20 mins into waiting period. Thursday
The general taco bell brand is pretty good. Except when who ever is charge of the limited time promotional items drops the ball. This establishment is either good or very elongated in obtaining your order through drive through. It's about 50/50 whether I'll be able to order what I want and get in a timely fashion. They often run out of key ingredients for certain food resulting elongated wait times or early termination of their breakfast items. The customer service is usually 10/10 from the employees but who ever is managing resources needs to up their game.
