My husband and I came here for our anniversary and received some of the best service that I have ever had at at restaurant from our waitress (Shannon). This the first time that I have been to this particular Applebee's but I will definitely be coming back. The food was hot and the people went above and beyond to be accommodating.
It used to be much better. Our meals were well prepared but don't bring an appetite. I used to get full here and have some left over. It's kind of how legend has it that once upon a time McDonald's burgers used to contain beef. Corners keep getting cut until only a shadow of the former remains. Even though the food and service are above average this will remain an option for when the non-chain establishments are closed. Honestly, I'm surprised that I didn't single handedly put them out of business back when they had "all you can eat Riblets Wednesdays" :)
The service was great, the food was good. My wife's food came out on a cast iron plate, it was good and hot. My food (ribs,mash potatoes, and broccoli) was so cold the butter would not melt. Just so,so tonight guys!
The Lemon Fiesta Chicken, I believe that's what it's called was popping with amazing flavor that felt perfect to savor. The wait wasn't bad at all for so many people that were here. Our forks were dirty and as soon as I mentioned it they fixed it right away. Best experiece.
I ordered the hamburger med rare and when they brought it to me it was well done. When I told them this they said the lowest they could do was med well. The food was not that good. I have eaten at much better establishments.
