I can't speak for their work just yet because I just received the repair to my roof but I can say they treated me better than Richard Brothers and At Home Roofing. Both promised to come out for estimate / repair but never showed.......SEVERAL times!!!! Being trapped at home waiting for a no show is rude, unprofessional and frustrating. Quality Roofing answered the phone quickly, was polite, showed up on time and did the repair for a good price. Time will tell if the repair is "quality" but so far they are a cut above the rest.
Looking for a good quality job to be done on your house? OR maybe you're looking for a good source of employment? DO NOT go with Quality Roofing of Radcliff, Kentucky. They cut corners and do what they can to rip you off. Want your house refelted? No problems they'll do the job when you aren't there and leave the old felt on and not bother with putting new felt down regardless of large patches of decking visible. Need repairs done to your roof? Neighbors look out, I've personally witnessed the owner telling the repair crew to remove shingles from the neighbors home to put onto the home they are repairing so they don't have to make a trip to Louisville and get the special order of materials. This place is a joke. Their foreman has no sense of organization or common sense to get the job done. One other thing to point out, if you go to work for this company, DO NOT expect to be paid for what you work. The foreman has a hard time adding and keeping count of hours worked. My last pay check consisted of 18 hours when I really worked 26, I guess they opted to not pay me for the 8 hour Sunday I worked. We'll see what my check is this Friday, but I'm glad to be done with this shyster outfit.
