I own a business here in Radcliff, and this company is the absolute best I have found. Not only do they do an excellent job, they have a deep commitment to their customers and actually CARE about doing the best job possible and helping people. Joe came out to my place of business on two occasions and helped me on the phone as well. He has a monthly plan that is extremely affordable and can save the business from a catastrophe, or a simple 'Duh' moment. I will be his customer for life!

Joe at 911 Express Tech is an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled individual who has been able to repair my phones twice now. I'm probably harder on them than I should be, but fortunately I have been able to go to him to receive very professional service that was timely, cost effective, and most importantly incredibly friendly. He takes the time, if you're so inclined, to show you what exactly is wrong, be it hardware or software before actually making the fixes. In all, I've been very satisfied with the work that he's performed for me, and I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone in the Hardin County area should the need arise.
