The buildings are old & lacked routine maintenance. The remodeling done is superficial. Over the few months since I moved in, I had multiple issues (toilet, sink, AC & frige). Some were fixed & some have not. The problem is that contractors come from Louisville, therefore repair work takes time especially if it takes more than one visit. Some AC units including mine are very old & in poor condition. Some found it necessary to install one's own window unit. If you combine poorly insulated buildings, inefficient AC & no shade, you can see the need to do so. My refrigerator is 30 years old & it leaks oil /refrigerant. When Lynn showed me the unit she had the audacity to tell me that it was new. Of course for them it is OK because it still runs & the tenant pays the utility. The new manager is clueless and he entered my apt without my knowledge & made erroneous decisions based on his ignorance. I can not wait till the day that I move out.
Horrible, I don't recommend this complex at all. The problem isn't the property manager, it's the property management company. They don't care about the tenants, or the repairs and when they do repairs, it's with a band-aid. Started out nice and has turned into a hood. Ghetto !!!!!! All they want is your rent.
I can't rate lower than one star but I would if I could. I haven't broken a leaee before but I'm the 4 months of living here it was the worst experience ever. My ceiling is cracking and leaking. My toilet won't flush and to top it all of I had to wash my dishes in my bathtub my sink has a huge whole in it and they have known about this for over 2 months they never came and fixed it there was mold growing in the pipe and the air filter had mold growing also. They are crappy people to live for management is never there. I tried for months to get the issues fixed before I paid rent and th y never did. It's not possible to live someplace where you can't comfortably live.
The new manager needs to be trained. He is very unprofessional and annoying . I didn't move in even though I put down a deposit, thats how horrible that place is. They advertise the one bedroom for 425.00, instead wanted me to pay 450.00.i had to literally force them to honor the advertise rent for $425.00 for one bedroom. .... after that incidence they were very mean, unprofessional and hostile . I knew they were unprofessional right there and then . I moved into a different, newer apartment complex. He had the audacity to leave weird voicemails on my phone and he is clueless as well. I'm glad I didn't move in.
