The absolute worst water company in the COUNTRY!!! They are a monopoly who cares nothing for their customers. We had a major leak that took a long time to get fixed, and then they demanded we pay a $400 bill that was a result of the major leak!! We were told by their employees that they would make adjustments and work with us.......but that did NOT happen!! We were also told by their employees that the previous bill of $230 would also be credited toward the balance after the leak was finally fixed......but THAT did NOT happen!! Instead they shut off the water....why? Because they are a greedy monopoly that does not care about their customers. Buyer BEWARE!! Unfortunately you can't pick districts, but I know for a FACT that Louisville's water company (MSD) ALWAYS worked with their customers (especially if a major leak was the culprit). This water company just plain freaking SUCKS!! They don't care about anything except MONEY!! Is it our fault the leak took that long to fix? NO!! They don't care. They simply DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! And why should they? They are a monopoly, you have no choice on the districts and how they are set up. What a freaking CROCK!!!
